We are excited to open our Spring Breathwork Tour In Claresholm! This breathwork session speaks to the shift of energy from our internal winter state to an external state of springtime growth. We dedicate this session to the start of new cycles, new beginnings, planting seeds and creating a clear path with the blossoming light and life.

Inner Journeys creates a conscious space while integrating intentional music mapping, quality sound, affirmations, toning, movement, as well as live sound vibrations of the Medicine Drums, Shakers, Tibetan Bowls, Didgeridoo, along with beautiful Crystal Bowls to offer a FULLY supportive experience!
