Tasha has had a love for dance from a very young age and has been living room dancing her way through life. Movement has been a place of peace from a chaotic mind. She likes to boogie like no one is watching, letting the music speak to the body. Tasha has found freedom though movement and emotional release through dance.
In 2016 Tasha went to her first Inner Journeys dance class. This practice became her sanctuary. She feels like her living room has expanded. Tasha loves the non judgemental container that comes from the ecstatic dance practice. Since this discovery she has been pursuing her passion for holding space in the living room dance. Tasha completed her Inner journeys teacher facilitation in 2018. It brings her so much joy to help people be inspired to embrace their full self through movement. Tasha hopes you can find freedom and embrace your unique dance. Come join her, and living room dance like no one is watching.
